Colorado road signs, explained one sign at a time
Every sign below uses the standard MUTCD design and is paired with three short sections: what it requires, how drivers most often misread it, and what to actually do when it appears. Signs are grouped the way the test groups them — regulatory, warning, and work zone.

How to study these
The written test leans hardest on the signs that look almost identical to each other: stop versus stop-ahead, merge versus added lane, the two school signs. Study one category at a time, then mix them up. Every sign page links to a practice question that uses the same rule, so you can check that you understood the sign rather than just recognised the picture.
